As described... but stinky
Product is thin enough to see through it. Red is a little pink because of that. Seriously strong off-gassing smell... had to leave outdoors for awhile.

OK BUT ONLY PRINTED ON ONE SIDE. So, not very visible if fluttering in the wind.

Other Products are Better
The tape roll is somewhat conical in shape as the tape is starting to slip off one side of the roll. I have other flagging tapes that have a nice "fabric" texture on the surface and are more durable. Not my first choice.
