I've had this ring for a week. It is sturdy, decent for the price and I'm not a cardiologist or in the medical field so I can't say, that is the ekg heartbeat and that is exactly how it should be because I don't know if it really is, but I like the stylized heartbeat ring. It reminds me to live. I also like how it is adjustable since my fingers get skinny with the cold and I don't have to switch fingers, just squeeze to adjust the ring a bit. It's nice.

This ring is so pretty and made with a very thin band, so it occasionally gets caught on a piece of clothing and bends very easily. I have had it for a couple of months and about 5 times I have had to bend it back into round shape when it pulls out of whack. Now I am afraid to wear it too much, and only put it on for specific events. Not wearing it right now.

Completely distorted when it caught on a rubber band I was putting around my wrist. Super flimsy. Way over priced and I'm not happy

Though i fell inlove with the ring initially it is not as thick as I thought.I like the fact that it can be adjusted and comfortable.Notva bad gift for persons whi may wear it's a stackable .It doesn't fade.

The ring is very pretty and dainty which is what I was looking for but the first time I wore it I took it off to take a shower and when I went to put it back on it broke in half

This ring is a very beautiful piece. Unfortunately, it's not very sturdy. I tried wearing it on my thumb, but it kept getting caught on things. This would cause the metal to bend and then the whole thing would fall off. I almost lost it several times because of this. If you're going to wear it on any other finger, it might work better.

I really like this ring for the first finger. But I wish to see a little bit bigger one. It fits very comfortable. Looks great. I would recommend this ring

UPDATE TO REVIEW: I really want to like this ring. I have dropped the rating down to 2 stars for multiple reasons. I still love the style of the guitar shape. But this ring irritates my fingers no matter what finger I wear it on. Call me crazy, but I ordered a 2nd one because the first one broke in two. I was wearing the first one on my thumb. It was irritating and I had to keep squeezing it tighter to stay on. It's so soft, it broke in 2 within a couple months. But I thought if I got another and wore it on my pinky, it would fit better and the problems would go away. It is now irritating my pinky finger. The skinny end where the headstock of the guitar would be is a little sharp. I am also unsure if the material of the ring is an irritant. I had found another guitar ring that was very solid and strong but the design was way too large. This one is a great size design (although the finger size is definitely too small). Such a disappointment how irritating and soft it is.ORIGINAL REVIEW: do love the fact that this ring is designed in the shape of an electric guitar. And it IS adjustable. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't on the small side. The only finger I would be able to fit it on without a decent size gap between the 2 ends is my pinky finger. Any other finger, though, stretches it out a little too far. I'm wearing it on my thumb and have to adjust it frequently. It still looks nice, though. I tried it on all of my other fingers (other than pinky) and it fit the same. So, I would say it is best as a pinky ring BUT can be on others if you don't mind the gap between ends.

Love this ring. Fits snug as it is adjustable. You just have to be careful that you don't snag it on something because I can see it getting forced open and bent.

I was looking for an unusual pinky ring and this is perfect for my size 3.5 finger, and it's nicely made. If your finger is larger than size 6, you will likely be disappointed in the appearance, and will probably break it trying to make it fit. Great as a pinky, toe or child's ring.

Took 2 months for the ring to arrive and when I finally got it the packaging was nice however it won't even fit on my baby toe I can't see the diamonds that it looks like there may be on the ring in the picture not happy

Received damaged, ring is very cheap poor quality silver.
