Soft Touch Linen Luxurious Cotton,Long, Lightweight, Soft and Absorbent Bathrobes for Men

I was looking for a lightweight robe with V collar that would be good for every season. I wanted the waffle weave. This one seemed to fit the bill. I read the reviews to make sure I knew what I was getting. Here’s the puts and takes of this robe.Pluses - well made, good quality, nice 100% waffle cotton and generous fit. Good variety of basic colors. I got the black. Hits well below the knee. Almost to my ankles before it was washed. Mid shin after. Sleeves and arm holes are generous size for good comfort. Sleeves are full length so if you want 3/4 length this is not for you.Neutral comments but be aware. I ordered size based on the cotton content and the review comments. I usually would wear a large or XL shirt or jacket. They did not have XL so I got the XXL. It arrived HUGE. I washed it in cool water and dried it on low. First wash and it shrunk to what I would consider an XL in US sizes. Order up size and you won’t be disappointed. The description says it is light weight. In my opinion it is a mid-weight fabric. Not as heavy as a terry robe but heavier than a dress shirt cotton. Might even be a bit heavy for summer wear but washing might soften this a bit. One downfall would be the belt. I wear a 35” pants and the XXL belt on this robe comes up a bit short. I can tie is fine but it could be another 10” longer for my taste. Also rides a bit high on the waist when it is through the loops. Oh ya, the pockets are not overly generous either but just OK. But that’s a personal preference and I really don’t use them anyway.Conclusion - this is a nice robe value for the price. Just be aware of the size you order and that it will shrink a good 1 to 2 sizes on washing.

This was a birthday gift for my grandchild. The fabric is very nice and feels like it is just going to get softer and more comfy every time it is laundered. The design has generous, long sleeves and nice big patch pockets. I purchased purple and the color is rich and true to the picture online. My daughter was so impressed, when saw it she immediate put one in her cart for herself in another color! It is a nice quality basic robe that will be serviceable year round.I purchased a 2x because the recipient prefers garments that are oversized. The sizing seems true, and the 2x was very loose and long on a 5’4” 175 person. But that was what we were looking for.

The robe is very nice. Fabric is lightweight and comfortable. The sleeves are a little long but otherwise it fits well. Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase.

First of all, this robe is constructed with great attention to detail, consistent with robes costing much more. The fabric is heavenly! It's not too heavy, it's not too light, it just drapes and feel wonderful. Now, as others have said, if you plan to put it in the washer and dryer, which is fine, buy a size larger. It does shrink unless you are going to wash it by hand and air dry it, Mine fits perfectly. I went a size up, it's now a perfect 3/4 sleeve and hits just below the knee, the shoulders are perfect. I bought it in black, and to my surprise, even going through the washer/dryer it DID NOT FADE! I will be ordering this garment many more times to give as gifts; And some of the other colors just might be gifts for me!

The robe looks nice out of the bag. Nice texture, medium weight would have liked a little heavier, but not thin. Length is about right for me (6'0") and generally fits well (195lbs). Now for the weirdness, the pockets are sewn way too close to the opening front of the robe. When you wear it the pockets are overlapping in the front of you. They should be sewn further back towards the sides. The loop for the ?belt? is at my ribcage, this need to be 6 to 12 inches lower towards the hips. I can tie it lower but then the belt likes to fall off. The placard (or seam on the opening, not sure what the technical term is) is way too thin, it should be doubled in length at least to sit on your neck a little better.So for the price I'm not sending it back or anything. It shipped quickly and was made it Turkey, But next time I might just spend a little more for something I only buy every 10 years or so.

It is roomy and well sewn, also the length is generous. Up close, the weave is not your clean box pattern, it is a bit more busy &complex, but you don't really notice. Have yet to wash, so cannot comment on that .The charcoal color is not a true gray. I see a lavender/purplish undertone. Not a big deal. The material is just the right weight - not too heavy and not too light.

DO NOT BUY!The fabric itself is just fine, but the fit, pocket placement, and tie holders (see photos) are purely absurd.Me (for body/fit reference): male, 5'6", 175lbs, very athletic build (rugby and MMA)Size purchased: MFit: washed it once in cold water and hung dry yet still managed to shrink so much that the sleeves are halfway up my forearms and the robe barely touched my kneesRobe tie: the loops for the tie are 3 INCHES BELOW THE ARMPIT! (see photo). I guess if you're pregnant this makes sense because it ties just below my sternum plate (right below the chest)Pockets: these are places VERY high. If you did tie the robe around the waste then the tie would go right across the middle of the pockets rendering them useless (see photo)Just don't do it... Spend a little extra money and buy one that you can try on in person or one with a better review

This robe is comparable to $150 robes I've purchased in the past. It's not bulky, but it still gives you that cozy feeling. I actually looked down at it and muttered "where have you been all my life?" Finally, a 100% cotton, budget friendly, quality robe. My 2021 Christmas gift list is complete in May!

Appears to be nice quality fabric. Unfortunately, the sizing is off...2XL fits like XL. Had to return.
