I got this set to decorate my son's hospital room when he had to be in-patient for chemo on his 17th birthday. They are festive and fun without being too "juvenile" as many party decorations tend to be. We got a lot of compliments on the decorations and we kept them up all week because my son really liked them.Assembly was easy, but time consuming. You definitely want to make them in advance of decorating to be sure you have enough time to do it. You don't want to put constructing these off to last minute.

The colors were beautiful and everything came neatly packaged and ready to prepare. You should be somewhat prepared or experienced with knowing how to make these because you need to assemble them yourself. The pieces come nicely organized and ready but you need to be the one to make them.

This is not the order I recieved. Only thing I got from this picture was tassels and some puffy fan things, I did not receive the hollow fans, or the dots, I recieved a happy birthday sign and balloons...it was not for a birthday party that why I ordered this one because I didn’t need a sign or balloons

You literally have to put everything together and the "directions" on how to put together are very poorly.
