Makes a big difference. Buy them.
Replaced my brake rotors with akibono brake pads and the stopping power, performance is phenomenal. The fit was on par. No noise and I believe they are great value for the money.

Quality product better than NAPA
I replaced the junk Napa rotors that rusted and cost twice as much as these did. So far zero issues with rust, performance or wear. Would recommend for solid corrosion resistant rotors.
