These clips are better worn around a thick bun or for those with thick hair. If you have thin slippery hair, these clips will fit too big and likely start sliding off. My daughter fortunately has thick wavy hair so the combed sides of the clasps stay put. She's only clasped it around a high ponytail. May not hold if worn with a lower ponytail or any other way. These clips are much bigger than I expected. The plus side is that they stand out with its pretty glitter & colors, when seen from a distance. We're still considering possibly exchanging it for the ones with narrower bands.Moderately recommended.

These clips are very cute , but much smaller than described. These do not hold my hair. I wish they were bigger
