This by far is an excellent tea and very relaxing

tea bag is the same flavor and ingredients as the organic "seven" brand of liquid tea but you will need 3 tea bags to produce a strong flavor as in the premade liquid tea version

Somehow, this tea seems to control my blood pressure. I did do a search on the Internet to see if there is something written about blood pressure lowering properties claimed for rose, but didn't find anything. So, it might just be an individual response. My blood pressure is anxiety-related; others have said this tea helps them calm down. Perhaps that's the reason. But again, there was no mention of rose on the Internet as having blood pressure-lowering properties.Vahik

I end each workday with a cup of this lovely tea and love to feel the warm calm come over me! I will never stop drinking this tea but I really look forward to trying other Organic India tulsi teas.
