LIFETIME JEWELRY 4mm Figaro Chain Necklace 24k Gold Plated for Men Women & Teens

I brought a 30 inch chain. It looks really good. Hope it doesn't fade. More importantly I hope the seller sticks to their lifetime warranty.

I have made several purchases in the past as gifts. I bought a figaro chain for myself to hang my cross on my neck because the 14K chain I used kept breaking. My cross is custom made in 14K and I did not want to lose it (it is 30 years old and was a gift).I thought maybe that a steel plated chain would be stronger and longer lasting, and I was RIGHT! The chain never broke and kept my cross safe. However after 2 years the gold plate began to wear on the chain. I contacted customer support (not expecting a response after two years) but immediately received a response letting me know that, yes - under some circumstance they had run into problem with the gold plate wearing over time but are continuously working to improve the process. They offered to replace my chain with a newer better model for free. Within 1 week I had my new chain, stronger and more beautiful than the first one) in my hands. My cross is now once again hanging around my neck and the chain actually looks more like 14K than my solid cross!I will continue to do business with Lifetime, and you can REALLY depend on them and they stick to their word - WHICH IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS!!!Thank you Lifetime jewelry. When they say "Lifetime" they really mean it.

This chain turned my neck green if I wore it for a full day. Would not recommend purchasing!

This piece is very nice, and super affordable if you don't want to spend lots of money. I really like the thickness of it, just like a real one. I bought it a few months ago and it's still in great shape. I would recommend it! And if you ever need to reach their Customer Service, the owner of Lifetime Jewelry will personally take care of your needs. Jon is very kind.

I ordered necklace from Amazon in Spring of 2023 and almost a year to the date the chain broke, but shortly after contacting customer service they remedied the issue. This was done with no questions, great instructions on how to get the return done, and in short order I had a replacement! Easy peasey and no sweat....the company has been so easy to work with I thought I was being punked. Reading the reviews, buyers must take into consideration that this is not real gold jewelry so not even close to durability of real gold, but the product looks and feels great! I would recommend to anyone without the funds to pay normal price of gold. No 5 stars just because nothing is perfect, but customer relations are very close to it!!

I've bought several necklaces from them. They hold up. I've had one I had some trouble with and they stand behind their products. Replacement was inevitable. Such great customer service.

Love the chain and it looks great. The plating started to come off so I sent for a replacement and was in contact with one of their employees Jon. He was incredibly helpful and nice. Got my replacement in just a few days. Definitely recommend their products and they stand by them. Very very happy

It looks pretty, but I got an itchy rash of fine bumps at the base of my neck where the necklace rested after a few hours. I can wear the cheapest Dollar Tree jewelry and that has never happened to me! It hasn't happened with my 14k gold necklace either that has to be repaired. So that just makes me wonder. I noticed catch of the bracelet has scratches after only wearing it 3 short periods of time. The tags on the necklace and bracelet are so large they stand out making the jewelry look fake. The necklace keeps gettin kinked while I'm trying to put it on. I probably won't purchase again.
