Rods missing
They did not send enough rods. 2 big, four small, 2 medium size rods were missing in my case. So the outer cover isn't fitting properly. The cloth material is not fabric. It is of poor quality and I think will be gone in a couple of weeks itself. Assembly was a pain as some of the rods weren't fitting into the corner connectors, and it damages the plastic connector. I think it's better to invest little more money and buy a proper steel/ wood stand.

Quite bad Quality
The material is so old looking. I ordered first time, the rods were not fitting correctly. I again requested for exchange, the rods were fitting but the quality of the cloth was so bad. The stitched thread was coming out! Please don't buy this company. Maybe go for one above Rs. 500 or better quality available on Pepperfry even though price is 600+ 3 months warranty is available

Disappointing build
The holders that are supposed to hold the metal rods together are of poor quality.When I tried to fit the end of any rode in the hole where it was supposed to go, the edges cracked.The cover that goes over the frame get torn easily.

Price to performance
For the price its a good product.. oes the job , no issues whatsoever.. the covering matetial is some kinds cloth material so make sure you don't keep wet footwear on it or its gets moist ... But for dry footwear its a great product .. especially if youre looking at something not too expensive then this is a product you should check out..tho id say you need to be a little careful while you assemble the rack .. the plastic connectors can be a paid to deal with sometimes
