Baffled and Bawling
I absolutely loved this book. I was so shocked at some of the things that took place but loved every minute of it. The end... wow! I bawled like a baby but it was so worth it! I highly recommend not just this book but the whole set to anyone who's just getting back into reading. It's made me fall in love with books all over again.

Third book doesn’t disappoint…
Heartwarming story of the three main characters. Dodd definitely knows how to tell a story. Great characters, storyline, and easy read. This story had my reaching for the tissues.

Many compliments to Jillian Dodd on her the first three books in the series
DON'T READ THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVENT READ THE FIRST BOOK! Jillian Dodd's books have been absolutely incredible so far! I love her style of writing. I haven't slept more than a couple hours in the past two days because I simply can't stop reading! This book in particular had me sobbing and hysterically crying. I felt so connected to the characters. I cried when JJ's parents died in the first book and got misty eyed during Phillip and Jayden's wedding in the second book. My heart would swell every time Phillip called JJ Princess and at all the little romantic gestures. I laughed a lot. I would get tingles. There were also several times I got an adrenaline rush. This book is full of emotion and I felt each and every one of them. I absolutely LOVED these past three books and can't wait to finish the series!

Ehhh....(Contains Spoilers)
Let me start off by saying that I actually do enjoy the other works of this author, That Boy being one of my favorites, but this one just didn't do it for me.First, I felt as though this book didn't need to be as long as it was. I actually forced myself to read it completely through. There was a lot of dialogue that just didn't need to be in there. There were a lot of times the author would tells us what happened from JJ's POV and then we would have to relive the same thing all over again when JJ would tell a full recollection to one of her friends of the same story that just happened to her. It was maddening.....I kept wondering why do I have to reread what just happened 2 pages ago? It was kind of like the author needed to meet a specific word count so filled the book full of fluff. A lot of minor situations seemed really meaningless...for example, in the beginning of the book when Phillip farts on the new couch. I get it's supposed to be funny but I didn't feel as if it contributed at all to anything.Secondly, I just thought Phillip seemed a bit too perfect and too sweet for me. I kept rolling my eyes every time Phillip called her "Princess" which was almost on every page, by the way. In my opinion, Phillip didn't have any character development. He was just there complimenting JJ. The only imperfection he had was being a wuss and not sticking up to his mother which was also driving me crazy. Why can't a grown man just simply tell his mother to take back the stuff she bought is his own house? The issue with Phillip's mother didn't have to be an issue for as long as it did, to say the least.Thirdly, it kept on annoying me how everything perfect thing kept on happening to JJ. She got a perfect house, living next to her two best friends, she got the perfect job, working with her husband who just so happens continues on getting raises, oh, and then there's JJ finding the perfect dog with the perfect name. Isn't that fate? Not to me. I just found it all to be very boring and a lot of it made me gag. There really wasn't any major conflict in this book that kept me on my toes. Then, there's the issue with Lori. It seemed as if the author needed a bad guy and made Lori the target. In the past books, I was never team Lori or anything but I just didn't like what the author did with this character. It was so sudden because Lori didn't really have a history in the past books of being jealous of JJ. I know pregnancy changes everyone but I just think it was a bit extreme for her to act how she did. Ultimately it was Lori that was the reason for everything bad that happened in this book which is a shame.Lastly, there's the ending....I do feel that it's way too dramatic for my taste. I know this stuff happens in real life and I know this was kind of based on the author's real life experiences but by the time I got near the end I just wasn't having it. I was already too annoyed. All of the yelling and JJ's hallucinations were over the top. I also don't think I needed to read about both Phillip's and Danny's memories of JJ. We already experienced them in last 2 books! It was meant to be sweet and heartbreaking but I was just left rolling my eyes and wondering how much more do I have to read about it.Overall, JJ did have some character development, considering her character was a complete mess in That Wedding and the author did cut back on the obscene and unrealistic amount of sex JJ and Phillip had, but I would have been just fine reading about JJ's future kids and life in an epilogue at the end of That Boy.

fricking amazeballs
Omg people. I can't believe this series has ended and what away to end it, it was everything. Funny, full of happiness and love, disaster and earth shattering that has you blubbing like a baby. Jillian Dodd can work every emotion 0.2 seconds flat she is that good. The whole gang is still together even through some real tough times but the love of jj and Philip is one if a kind Amy body could dream of. If you need a new series to read, this is it guys, come and enjoy the emotional rollercoaster of THATseries

A Love to Envy
Once again, the infamous Jillian Dodd has managed to create an astounding piece of literature that has my heart soaring in delight, screaming in anger and made me ugly cry! This book is not only an amazing piece of fiction due to it's comedic genius and witty statements but it's perfect in the way that you don't ever find yourself wondering 'would this really happen?' because the characters are some of the most normal yet batty people I have ever had the pleasure of reading about,Jadyn and Phillip have a relationship that''s written in the stars. It's beautiful to watch it grow as their family expands with not only a baby but by the friends around them. This is a beautifully, tragic story that makes me envy fictional characters not only for their super hot abs to die for partners (swoon Danny and Phillip) but because their love is the kind all little girls (including myself) dream about. If you want to fall head over heels in love with a story and characters, then this is most definitely the book for you!

Amazing.
What a roller coaster of a book. The storyline is something I could never have ever, ever, ever predicted. Jillian Dodd has written the best ending to the most amazing series. I wouldn't have wanted it to turn out any other way. Congratulations JD on another, gut wrenching, uplifting, heart breaking, wonderful, completely and utterly consuming book.Read the whole series. It will stay with you for ever. Love the characters like I have done, and find yourself sobbing at 1am reading it. Don't worry, it's most definitely not all tears - plenty of hot guys!!! - but also big-question type scenarios, which will really make you look at life differently.READ IT!

Oh. My. God
I am telling you now, never have I ever read a series of books and felt so much emotion. This last book has taught vital life lessons, such as cherish the time you have with your loved ones. I honestly can say this series of books has got to be my favourite of all time. It showed the whole life of these children, and by the end, you feel like you know them as a close friend. The word I'd use to describe this book is plainly: Beautiful <3
