WIDE WIDTH?? BUY THESE! :))))) TRUST ME!
Hey, Y’all!I’ve only written a few reviews in my OVER 16 YEARS (and probably a zillion dollars later!) as an Amazon member. But I HAD to write one about these “DREAM PAIR” boots, because I’m one of those women who are so UNBELIEVABLY hard to fit, shoe size-wise! I hope this helps some of you who suffer the same un-ending nightmare of “shoe shopping”!I “usually” wear an 8 1/2 WIDE (sometimes double wide) shoe, depending on the brand and type. Plus, I HAVE to have a pretty high “upper/topline” due to a severely broken foot I suffered during a car accident. I affectionately refer to that foot as my “camel humped” foot. The term “affectionately” is used lightly (AKA sarcastically). Just picture it! Ugh. And when I buy boots of any kind, the boot opening at the top (duh… as opposed to what? The bottom?? LOL) has to be wide enough for me to insert my foot into because of the ol’ camel hump. Again, ugh. This particular boot search of mine was intended for slopping around in snow, rain, mud, horse manure, etc. as I tend to my horses through the winter months, hopefully without freezing my feet completely off!SO……I, LITERALLY, just recently ordered SEVEN different pairs of winter boots (as I often have to do with all footwear…. (and Thank You, Amazon, for your wonderful Return Policy and all the trouble I put y’all through!)…. searching for the following “must-haves”: (I know this sounds incredibly picky, but I honestly can’t wear just any ol’ shoe or boot, without being in excruciating pain within 30 minutes of putting them on!). So, the following were my supposed “must-haves” —— which usually wind up being just “hope-fors”. (It took me hours and hours, reading every word of every product description when I saw something I thought might work. Here were what my “hope-fors” were:(1) insulated/thermal, (2) water/snow-proof (not just “water resistant”), (3) a high “upper/topline” for the camel hump, 4) actual rubber-soled (not that “slip resistant” bs), 5) and one that came in WIDE!!Well… I had zero luck with anything coming in wide sizes, so I did what I always do and ordered 9’s, hoping also that they would accommodate thick, winter/insulated socks! As I said above, I ordered 7 different pairs!! And guess how many of those 7 came anywhere CLOSE to fitting!! Yep…. only one. THIS one! Even though DREAM PAIRS didn’t specifically state the extra “upper” room for a camel hump, nor the boot opening size, THESE BOOTS ARE SPECTACULAR!! I’ve worn them every day for over two weeks now, slopping through all I mentioned above, and they couldn’t be more wonderful! My feet have stayed warm (yes, I do wear thick socks), they’re comfortable (unheard of, in my experience), and I, literally, spray them off with a hose to get the mud off before I get in my vehicle or come in the house! My size 9’s are the perfect fit!!So, in conclusion to this long and boring review (which I now see almost rivals “War and Peace”… sorry), I HIGHLY recommend these boots to ANYone! But especially to those of you who have, like me, a horrible time finding shoes and boots that even FIT, much less ones that are actually comfortable and don’t kill your poor ol’ feet! I know your pain:)) You won’t be sorry.

Warm, Well-made, Rubber Sole Walking Boots
It’s always a gamble buying footwear on-line, but this was a great experience. I ordered a size 8 (my typical size) and was unsure if these boots were going to be warm and safe for walking on snow ice covered routes. Not only do these boots fit perfectly, but they are extremely comfortable as a result of toe width and a raised arch. The boots tie up the front and the “tongue” fits securely between the laces and bars snow from getting through. Plus, there are side zippers to make the boots easy to slip on and off without necessitating touching the laces. These boots are stylish and fun (the soles are red!) and the traction on snow and ice covered routes is excellent. Finally, and maybe the best thing about these boots are their warmth. The linings are thick and warm and have kept my feet wonderfully warm and dry.

Great for Midwestern Winters
First, one piece of advice. If you wear orthotics, do not use the hard ones with these boots. At first my feet felt great, but that changed as I wore them. I switched to soft orthotics, and my feet are much happier. There isn't much arch support in these boots (at least for someone with high arches like myself), so inserting support of some kind is essential. These boots keep your feet very warm (it's been below zero for several days) and dry. Do not make the laces too tight, though. Because of where the boots fall on my legs, I have to keep them somewhat loose. The laces are stretchy, so that really helps. I am also very happy with the traction. There has been no slipping about, which is a great benefit. I walk a fair distance when out, so feeling secure on the ice and pavement are important. These boots are a great buy!

Cheap lace loops
Haven’t even had these a month.. probably haven’t even worn them ten times yet… laced them up and have just been using the zipper to get them on and off.. went to tighten the laces today and one of the metal loops snapped..I assume that this will happen to the rest in no time.. considering there is still a loop on the boot I assume they expected this to happen but now I’m down a metal loop…Hope it doesn’t look too weird…FYI it was a little tricky to get the lace through the canvas loop but was able to manage.. maybe have a pair of tweezers handy when you do it..Honestly though can’t complain too much considering the insulation and style are nice regardless.. and the price was decent

Warm, dry, stylish, high quality at bargain price
These are similar to Sorel Joan of Arctic but a fraction of the price, and warmer since these have a faux fur lining. I love the side zip so I don’t have to fuss with the laces each time, too. The faux fur at the top keeps snow out of my boots, which was my main issue with my old pair. I’m usually a 10 or 11 depending on the brand and style. I ordered both to try and the 10 is perfect with my normal socks. Size up if you wear boot socks, though these are so warm you probably needn’t bother.

Love these Boots!
I didn't know what to expect however I am excited that I purchased these boots. They are very well made. Warm and the zipper makes it easy to get on and off quickly then messing with the ties all the time. They are really warm as well as fashionable. I am glad I purchased them.

Just what I was looking for in a winter boot
I know there were some bad reviews out there but I wanted them anyway and honestly they're great. They are so soft and warm on the inside and I love the fur on top. They come a little bent out of shape from being in the box but after you wear them they're fine. I usually wear a size 9 so that's what I ordered. They fit nice. Maybe just a tad bigger but I don't mind because I can wear thick fuzzy socks and still fit in the boot nicely. I am happy with these boots and glad that I ordered them.

Great for the price
They are very nice. I have wide feet and like thick socks in the cold, so I ordered a size up. I would highly recommend doing this. If I had ordered my regular size,I would have had to return them. Very happy, so far. A good value for the money.

Love them!
I bought myself a pair of boots similar to these and my daughter loved them. I got her these and she said they are very warm. She has wide feet and they are snug but they do fit. For the price, you can't go wrong! We live in Northern Ontario with -30C or colder and they are warm.

Rather impressive
These boots are rather impressive. They are lightweight, and feel like pillows on ones feet. The boots are not great looking, but they are very warm with their plushy lining and quilted feel. The sole is great on slippery surfaces and they break in very easily. My only issue with them is that they are pleather upper so I’m not sure how long the material will last before peeling, and the tongue is not laterally attached any further up than the ankle.

Good but doesn’t fit around calf
Nice boot but had to return them because my calves are to big and they wouldn’t tie up nicely. So it you have tiny legs these will look awesome and feel warm for you. Not good for plus size women with big calf’s

If you’re a 5.5 go for a 6.
Perfect for the price....then 3 months later the upper came away from the lower and leaks..so dissapointing. How do I get a refund

So very comfy
I love these shoes. They are so comfy. I'm a size 5 but had to buy a 6 because they come a little bit smaller.
