This is how cook books should be written!I deeply appreciate the fact that this book goes beyond recipes and covers what you need to have in your kitchen - a list of tools - what you need to stock in your pantry, refrigerator etc, and even had a suggested meal plan. I found this very useful as a person just starting out in the kitchen and I appreciate this onboarding.I also appreciate that this book is written in the context of proper health habits which makes this a wholesome approach to food.I'll recommend this to beginners who would like to understand proper diet and cooking in the context of healthy habits and lifestyle

Wonderful!
I received this book from my husband for Valentine's Day....it is full of wonderful recipes to try and I have already made the Korean Tofu recipe and it was delicious. This was recommended from another friend who had received one as a gift for Christmas so my husband knew I would enjoy the recipes and he would reap the benefits of the purchase as well. Wonderful book!

Great recipes
So far I have liked everything I have tried. The German chocolate cheesecake (non-dairy - raw) is to live for! It was a huge hit at a pot-luck we attended.

This cookbook has lots of great information to help someone who wants to learn about the benefits of vegetarianism. And the recipes that I have tried have all been delicious. Many of them are easy to prepare and the ingredients are easy to find. Highly recommended.

Outstanding, Simple Recipes!
Absolutely love this cook book and use it multiple times a week. The recipes are so so easy!! The Pesto is out of this world!!
