My new favorite
This adds so much flavor to so many dishes. I intended it to replicate a smoked mozzarella pasta salad from a local deli. It tastes great in that, as well as in chicken chili verde, kahlua pork, stews, roasts, anything you want to give a BBQ flavor too.
