The headline says it all, basically. One of my favorite hot sauces. I use it on Mexican dishes, of course, but also on eggs, hamburgers, and many other foods.

I generally like “hot sauce” on most everything. On a road trip along the CA central coast, had never seen this brand before and tried it on omelet at a breakfast stop. Liked it. Then I saw it at a local market. Got a bottle. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to find outside of this community. My first bottle ran out as soon as I shared it with family and friends. They all wanted some. This is the only place I can find it reliably.

I got served breakfast eggs and hash browns in Monterey California years ago. I came home bottle, took me a long while to find a new one on Amazon . There is no replacement for the flavors.

I wouldn’t call this sauce spicy at all, to be honest, but my partner has been building my heat tolerance over the last 12 years. It’s not super liquidy and comes out of the bottle easily. I use this on eggs, leftover pizza, pasta, pretty much anything that could use a flavor boost. Glad it comes as multiple bottles; this stuff goes fast!
