Love everything except hair conditioner dispenser. Conditioner seems to be too thick to come out!

This product is very nice looking and easy to use but one of my bottles leaked product and causes a mess on the tub ridge.

Great dispenser, looks beautiful - chic and yet simple. EXACTLY what I wanted. I can't wait to get it installed. Very pleased with this purchase. I was very picky about the exact dispenser I wanted because this will be used for our guests in a plush, beautiful suite. I wanted something that was gray/silver in color but not shiny, I wanted 3 chambers that were labeled Shampoo/Shower Gel/Conditioner by in the design itself (not with stickers that would start to come off or look bad over time because of exposure to water in the shower), I didn't want a clear dispenser in case of residue from the soaps that required a lot of frequent cleaning, and I wanted something that looked modern and chic. This one checked off ALL points. However, when it arrived, the labeling was missing. So I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. I learned it was a manufacturing defect they were very interested in taking every measure necessary to address the issue as quickly as possible. They ended up shipping me another one all the from China and it arrived in 6 days! Very happy! I wish I could give 10 stars for the customer service!

Nice presentation , quick delivery. The design of the unit is beautiful and stands out in my bathroom . However the functionality of it is extremely poor. I bought it because I hate clutter of bottles in my shower, but a year a later I find myself having to have the bottles as well as the dispenser because it doesn’t work; the only thing is good for is as decor . The design of the valves inside the bottles is faulty and they keep moving out of place every time you pump the shampoo or the soap making them useless and you end up having to take them apart after every use. The bottle necks in all 3 bottles leak inside making everything a mess and the spouts drip constantly all over the shower floor , no mater how thick or liquid are your shampoo, conditioner or body wash . I got replacement bottles from the manufacturer thinking it was just a faulty unit .......they are ALL faulty .It’s really a shame because the unit is beautiful.
