I waited a few weeks in order to review so I am able to give a completely honest review on this product. The product is great and one of the better supplements I have taken when it comes to biotin.Pros:-great bioavailability-There is no smell or nasty taste like you’d expect with biotin supplements- the pills are small and easy to swallow- I noticed my hair was fuller and more shiny about 2 weeks after taking.- my nails feel stronger and have grown quickerI truly didn’t notice any cons otherwise those would be listed.I would recommend to friends and family and will definitely be a repeat customer.

The product arrived in one piece, in a timely manner, is easy to swallow, and has no bad after taste. Being Hypothyroid, I am always checking my head for hair loss and I am not seeing as much hair in my drain after washing my hair...that makes me very happy.

I'm seeing improvement in my hair regrowth, my nails are growing and stronger, and I have a very noticable sun spot on my face that is fading with this product snd sunscreen. Big bonus has been noticable increased healh in digestion and almost total rediction in constipation.

I have only been taking these for a few weeks but so far i have no complaints! I am mainly taking them for my hair and nails. But it does seem to have helped with my GI tract also. I started taking fish oil at the same time with these.
