Box of parts
Literally, it is a box of parts with no instructions. I had another trike with that rack installed already, so I had something to go by. Otherwise I hope you’re mechanically inclined because it will take you a while.

Entirely unclear how to attach it to the bike
If you are eyeing this because you think it will easily attach to your Sunseeker Eco-Tad, look elsewhere. Maybe I'll give this rack a higher rating when I haven't just spent two hours trying to install it. The basic problem: no instructions, and attachment hardware that clearly doesn't work to attach it to my Sunseeker Eco-Tad. It comes with a bungee cord, grab-bag of bolts and washer, very few nuts, six supports of various lengths, some connectors and (as I said above) no instructions. The theory seems to be that one can screw the bolts directly into the frame, except in most cases that won't work, either because the bolts provided don't match the pre-existing threaded holes, or because there are no holes, or because the rear gears and such are just behind those holes and would hit the tip of any machine screw put through them. I ended up using some of my own hardware and very little of what was provided. It is now attached in a way that is clearly sub-optimal but will hold my bag for my commute until I get more hardware of the right sizes and have a couple more hours to fight with it. It is not quite worth returning it, but I certainly wouldn't order it again or recommend it to a friend. If they figured out how to attach it to this bike, and included the proper hardware and some instructions, it would probably be an okay rack.

Need to add instructions and a couple of extra lock nuts.
We bought this for our two Suntrike Eco Tads. No instructions were provided, but the picture was very helpful. Need a couple more lock nuts to come with the kit. I had to go buy four extra per bike. Install was easy and only took me two hours to install both to include the trip to the hardware store to get the needed lock nuts. Rack seems to be well built and looks like it will hold up well.

Missing parts
Apparently this is the norm and how Sunseeker does business. Will definitely never buy a bike from them. Rack came well packaged with 8 bolts, 7 washers, 2 nuts, and crap instructions. Will now have to head to Home Depot to get some nuts and possibly a bike shop if I can't figure this out. Racks at a quarter of the price have better hardware and instructions. Unfortunately I have a Day 6 Dream 21 semi-recumbent bike so I need a special rack. This overpriced junk is it. Ridiculous.
