I needed a new charger cable for my phone as the original one that came with the iPhone I bought was starting to come to the end of its life. Buying anything from Apple directly is both frustrating and tedious to say the least, not to mention the fact that they are total rip off merchants. I was always sceptical about buying a similar product online, even though the experience would be simpler and the price cheaper. Many if not all the items I had seen are made abroad in the Far East and one can never know what to expect. The reason I bought this one was because it was an Amazon choice and the vast majority of reviews for it were favourable. So far this cable is doing its job. It was compatible with my charger plug and phone which was my biggest concern. How it holds up in the months to come is yet to be determined. I’m pleased nonetheless.

Good high quality item. Have bought so many in the past for them to break in a matter of days... I’ve deliberately held back from reviewing this for a while so I could test it properly. Nice tight fit, genuinely can’t tell the difference between this and an apple cable, now I know they’re decent and do actually last I will be ordering more! Thanks.

I have purchased this cable a while ago, and found it unlike any other I have ever had - and not in a positive way. First of all, the quality of build is good,yes I definitely see that it’s been built nicely and seems strong.I have a couple of different cables, but needed another for a separate plug,so I ordered this after seeing it was available for same day delivery.I have tested this cable a number of timescale just to find that it charges incredibly slow! I noticed that someone else mentioned it charges slowly too. I’m pretty patient so I ignored that but what I couldn’t ignore is the fact that my iPhone is draining battery very quickly, I had a 100% charge at around 9 am and found that by 11-12 I was running on around 30%, despite only using my emails.I would usually refrain from leaving a negative review however I decided that an honest opinion would be welcome by others.I also found it very strange and unprofessional that the seller commented on a question I asked, being extremely defensive and unable to accept the mediocrity of their product. Do not recommend.Update : over a month into my purchase and the cable wires are visible at the connection point, I’ve had a few chargers but none ever had this issue.

I needed a cable urgently (my precious one just stopped working) and I ordered this product which arrived very quickly. It is compatible with my phone and charges iPhone (mine is 7) fast. It also looks more sturdy than my old ones so hopefully it will last for long. The length is the same as the Apple one which is not an issue to me. I’m happy with the quality of the product with this price.

Very fast. Haven’t been able to test out the durability yet but it does look just like an apple charger for cheaper. Charged my phone for 20%-24% in just 3 minutes, and that’s saying something because I have a 6plus with a poor battery anyway. Love my new charger, will remember to put my initials on it this time so my son won’t nick it again!

Good high quality item. I think this Cable is a more durable over Apples original design. it is slim and pretty much like an original cable. The difference is this cable my phone is charging faster than before. 1 meter cable sometimes comes shorter, i wish are longer options

Having purchased various lightning cables, I was dubious as to whether this would be fully functional. Pleased to report, its as good as an original. My car play now works, where as it didn’t with another non original cable.
