Great support!
I use KT tape to support my knee when playing tennis. It stabilizes my knee so I don’t inadvertently twist it. I used to use neoprene wraps but they always slid away from the area I was trying to protect.I also started taping my lower back after I strained my Sacro area. After my chiropractor adjusted it, I taped it so I could keep it aligned longer. Definitely helped!

Miss leading post.
This listing is miss leading I ordered this for my volleyball player due to the fact it’s in a holder and when we received it, it’s just the tape, no holder. Just show a picture of the tape not the tape in the holder.

Product is beneficial when……
It sticks. I like this product but it seems like I always have to reinforce the ends w/ extra tape to keep it from rolling off. Otherwise it holds well and stays in place.

I literally only ordered this because it had the roll holder and didn’t receive the case just the roll of tape
