Very comfortable
Comfortable recliner. So far so good. It was a pain to put together though. And the massager low setting isn’t that much lower than the high setting, which is somewhat disappointing. I’d recommend it to others.

I love my chair
I like everything about this chair. Even if its not switched on, the lumbar support is fabulous. The assembly was hard for me to do alone. Suggest it is a job for 2.

Don't be over 5'8" or 175 lbs.
Great looking chair. Looks like real leather, which is what the description said it was; real leather.But it's not. Also much smaller that it looks. Seat is only 17" above floor. Effort to get out of.I thought I bought from WinWin, now Windaze?? Instead of sending back at my expense,they credited me 10%. Still, I am now trying to sell for $200, unused. No takersLooked to good to be true, and it was.

My wife loves it!
My wife has back issues and she loves this, when her back starts acting up she gets in the chair turns on the massage points and the heat and she's happy, which makes me happy.
