I've been looking for a decent power bank for quite awhile, something small enough to carry even in a smaller bag, but sturdy enough that it'll stand up to my admitted clumsy ways. I often find my phone (LG G3) needing an extra boost throughout the day as I listen to music at work and it depletes my battery pretty quick. As I work in a coffee shop there's nowhere convenient and safe from espresso grounds and sticky things... This device is pretty much perfect for that.I tested it twice before writing this review, once when my battery was at 65% and once at >30%. From 65% percent the device was able to get my phone to full charge, with a bit to spare. From >30% I got up to about 70% which was sufficient to get me through the day at fairly heavy usage. This could have been because I charged the bank the night.Other reviews have said that the bank dispels power as soon as its unplugged, and this seems to be true, especially if you leave the cable hooked up. You'll see that the leds are lit up, so its dispelling power. If you have to use the bank every day, I'd say plug it in to charge at the end of the day. If you only use it occasionally, check the charge before you need to rely on it. ItThe reason I've deducted a star is the cable that came with the device. My phone is picky about cables, and this one just isn't powerful enough. It continually registers that the charger is plugged in (making my phone beep and vibrate) which is annoying when listening to music. It also pops up a slow charge notification. Im not surprised as the only cable that my phone likes is the one that came with it. Perhaps other people won't have this problem but its enough of an annoyance for me to deduct a star.I do like that the bank charges my phone quickly, even when it was showing a slow charge, it was pretty quick, now with the proper charger its even faster. It only took about 20 minutes to raise my battery about 30%. The bank itself also charges quickly, the manual said the initial charge would take 8 hours, it only took about 4, as the bank arrived with about a half charge.Overall, its more than sufficient for what I need. Its also well built and attractive. I imagine it would fit in larger jean pockets and its small enough to fit in a coat pocket or a bag. I recommend it for someone who needs an occasional boost and a wall outlet isn't a convenient option.

This is a great product. I had purchased two about a year ago when my iPhone battery exploded and the Apple store associate relayed that it could have been due to a cheap power bank. This one is safe for iPhones, I use it frequently, and have never had an issue. It charges quickly and charges your device even faster. I use it for both my iPhone and kindle and it works great! I reordered this product last month for my son who is always running his battery down and not always able to charge it with a wall or car charger. He loves it as much as I do!

Just got this yesterday. Tried it out today. It works pretty good. Charged my phone from 78% to 100% in roughly about 30 min. Same for my tablet. My one complaint though is that it did not come with the USB charging cord that it mentions. There's a little manual that comes with it which says "in the box" and there's supposed to be a cord. Luckily I had ordered some bluetooth earbuds awhile back that have a short cord I can use with this. You can also use a regular longer phone charger cord with this. It fits as well.

I prefer the square form factor for these type of external batteries, as opposed to the round "lipstick" shaped devices. These pack away easier in either my pocket or backpack, and I personally think the shape and design are "cool". When my phone is below 10%, the Innogie will give me about an extra 2 hours of use. I will say, after daily use these past six months, the device takes approx. 8 hours until full charge, whereas it used to take 6. Thankfully, the thing still holds a charge, but if that changes, I'll update this review.

It works great but the only thing that I did not like is that as soon it recharges my phone dies.Update! It has been almost two months since I got this portable charger, and it does not work anymore. It worked great the first month. It charged my cell phone in less than an hour even when I was using it. Now, I am having problems with it because it charges my phone up to 15% in five hours and then it dies.It is not working.

Am I the last person on the planet to own a battery pack & why did I suffer for so long? If you have an iPhone it's necessary! It carries a charge for the plane, meetings, ice cream dates or whenever you're just not next to an outlet! Yeah I'm sure I'm late to this party. I feel like I'm talking up a wheel for being this cool thing that goes round.

This little travel buddy is great when your on the road and have no access to an outlet. It's fully charged my Samsung Galaxy S5 when I've only had 25% battery life yet. It charges quick and fit's in my purse without taking up a lot of space. It also takes a beating. I've dropped it on concert a few times, still works. I purchased one for my husband, he uses it to fully charge his E-Cig when he's working outside.

I just got mine. So far so good. My only complaint its about the cable that came with the charger I noticed that when it was charging the screen would turn on every 10 seconds or so. Like if the power wasn't going at all through the cable. Then I decided to try with my own cable ( a Samsung cable that came with my phone) and It worked like it is meant to be
