This is the best taped I have used that does not irritate my skin. Even the gentle type of other brands starts to give me a rash after a while, but this one is always awesome and it has good firm stretch. I wish they didn’t discontinue the pre-cut strips!!!

Just what we needed for my wife's shoulder that needs some support after surgery. Very easy to use and good quality.

This tape has too much stretch for what I need it to do. My therapist recommended kinesiology tape to help stabilize my kneecap, then applied some to my knee. This tape is too stretchy, and doesn’t have enough tack to hold firmly in place. It peeled off after a few hours.

I pulled a muscle in my shoulder,I put the tape on and it has helped me so much. I am going to buy more to keep on hand. I had to have my sister put the tape on and she took a piece for her knee.

It may be amusing to learn that I use this tape to keep a hernia in place. It was suggested by my daughter an athlete who uses it in the manor for it has been designed. So if you don’t feel like wearing a tight uncomfortable pressure belt, this is a good choice

May be a great tape for someone who can use. Unfortunately, that was not me. I reacted to the tape in under 8 hours.

I purchased this tape to help treat some mild golfer's elbow or medial epicondylosis. I don't golf but got it from a combination of desk work and rock climbing. I used the tape to unload the base of my medial epicondyle tendon by taking the tension into the tape and soft tissues. This helps decrease pain, increase strength and helps with healing.This tape works great! For my purpose the tape was a bit wide, so I cut it with scissors lengthwise and it cut just fine. The tape applied fine and has a good amount of stickyness to it. I wore the tape all day under my dress shirt and the tape held up and didn't come off. I read the other reviews which suggested rounding the corners which sounds like a good idea and will try that next time. On removing the tape there was no leftover glue and the tape came off easier than I expected without removing my arm hair (my elbow doesn't have much hair though). No fuss, no mess, and did the job! Great stuff!

This tape is very sticky and has a lot of stretch.I admit I wasn't entirely sure what to expect using the tape, but there is a real 'hold' and 'spring' effect happening when applied correctly. Check out their website instructions carefully.I have a lifetime of strength training history, and am very skeptical of anything that may improve recovery or performance without seeing proof first hand.Follow the instructions, round the corners, leave the first bit of tape unstretched on your skin before putting some tension on it. Test out the application with low tension first, then try it with some stretch.This is a tool that has a real effect on my body. As soon as I put some tension on the tape and stuck it on in the correct angles, I got that, 'yes, this is for real' feeling.I have used it repeatedly on elbows and shoulders so far. The elbow taping felt like it gives an assistance effect, and the tape is strong enough to feel like movement is easier. The shoulder taping feels like a gentle pulling of the joint into a better position, and a constant reminder to position the shoulder properly. Even after the tape is removed, there's some mental phantom-tape effect that made me reposition my posture.Do be careful of sensitive and soft skin areas, as this is strong tape. I went too far with taping my elbows and getting the tape off the inside of my arm was uncomfortable. But really that's on me, and I much rather the tape be as strong as it is to be effective in the right places, than come off too easily. It surprisingly sticks to skin better than hair for me, so that's a very good thing.Only a slight fabric / bandage scent.6 rolls individually boxed inside the main box, and its packaged really well. The inside boxes have a slot to pull the tape through, making it a kind of dispenser. Nice touch. The beige colour is great for staying somewhat hidden, and the sticky side has a neat pattern. There's a blue graph paper pattern on the paper backing. You could count the squares to get an exact repeat of the last application if you're into that.I don't know exactly how it really works, and there's probably a few reasons combined, but it does work for me.

I am using it for Achilles tendinitis to wrap my ankle . Stays on pretty good even when it gets wet. Probably not the strongest tape but reasonably priced
