Best Self: Be You, Only Better

I am half way through the book, it’s good reading, makes a lot of sense, I don’t think I have changed, however I do think more about how better to handle a difficult situation…so maybe I have changed a little, let’s say I am more aware.

Love this book! I am doing a lot of interactive work. It’s such a great way to take a look at self and think about how to be more in tune with positive and constructive ways to work on self for yourself. This book is short money for a big investment in self

The book is good, makes you think. If your not fully invested and willing to do the activities then you might as well not even start it. Got almost halfway and just stopped wanting to commit to it, which is on me not because of the book itself. Good book and a good price for brand new.

I've always been one to follow my passions, because I believe they are gifts from God. We are not to bury them use them just for ourselves, we are to invest them into others. This book guides you in how to fix what you believe is unfixable in yourself; in your life. I had just ended a long term friendship. I knew she told lies to boost her ego, she was my friend I excepted that about her. Until she started lying about me to my client. And ranting to me. She has become a casual friend in my life now. This book help me see I was absolutely right making that decision. I love the very visual tools this book gives you and will be adding seeing my best self and my not so hot self to my every day situations. I'll be adding changes to my routine also. Thanks Mike for sharing your gift. I plan on sharing your book.

Wonderful book

I DID NOT realize this BOOK was for a kindle. I do not even have a kindle. I kept waiting for it to arrive and when I took the time to go back and look I saw it was for a KINDLE! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I HAVE NOW PAID FOR A BOOK THAT I DID NOT AND CANNOT READ BECAUSE I DO NOT OWN THE ITEM I NEED TO EVEN READ IT! NOW I HAVE DISCOVERED IT IS TOO LATE TO RETURN.THIS IS A GOOD LESSON FOR ME. I AM NOT VERY HAPPY AT THIS TIME WITH THIS SITUATION!!!!I HAVE JUST HAD TO SELECT STARS FOR A BOOK I DID NOT READ! I AM SURE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD BOOKTHE STARS ARE FOR THE DISAPPOINTMENT IN NOT RECEIVING THE ACTUAL BOOK I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I seen this book on somebody else instagram page. It looked very interesting to read and to apply certain things to life. I can only suggest you read it yourself and see what changes it will give you.
