Yummy. Best gluten-free flour found so far, for cookies. =) Made nice, soft, poofy chocolate chip oatmeal cookies...which a lot of gluten-free flours fail at.

Too expensive.
Was disappointed, can buy a lot cheaper in stores. :( Will keep it but not reorder it again.
