Amazing. Works for Mazdaspeed 3
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I bought this mainly because I didn't want to drill in my fender. With this I was able to only drill holes into my bumper and install the pins. I was able to unscrew a bolt and install the pin and tighten it up with the provided Hardware. Was pretty simple and feels pretty secure. Now I'm able to quick release my bumper without having to worry about a band snapping.

Great alternative to door pins.
Worked out great for me. Needed a 1 1/2 inch hole saw to put them into the hood. I installed the bolts where I wanted them, used a paint marker to make the top of the bolts wet with paint, closed the hood until they touched, drilled pilot holes where it left paint marks then hole sawed it.There is only one negative, the hood requires upwards pressure in order to be able to press the button in.

Perfect on my 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ
After watching the install video made by the guys at BleepinJeep, it was a breeze to install these. All you need is a hole saw set, drill, and a 3/4" socket and/or wrench. Way better then traditional hood pins. I installed these just before a Minnesota winter, I will be updating this post should they turn out to be terrible with ice and snow. These seem to be just as high quality as the ones you see selling for 150 bucks or more. My only complaint is it doesn't come with 3 set screws of each size, or instructions

Better than expected
Well after having these on for about 3 weeks I can say I'm impressed. I hit a deer with the front corner of my car at about 60mph. And this was the only thing that held. Everything else broke.

Works well, but I feel like it should be less expensive
Bought these quick releases for my car so that I can shave my bumper tabs, yet have something holding the bumper in place. They came quick, and were easy to install. Well, easy for someone who has experience in autobody.Your mileage may vary. They're simple in design, and are actually pretty good for what it is.Install took me about 20 minutes per corner. I mainly used tools that anyone would have at home, which includes a drill, drill bits, step bits, ratchet, and sockets. Some specialty tools I needed were a die grinder so that I can grind off some of the plastic from the bumper stay brackets. It was needed due to the latches no being able to lock into place because it hit it.They work and lock well; I have no complaints. The black color is great, especially on darker colored cars. Blends in nice and neat.My only gripe is that these should be about $10 cheaper, as they're so simple. But overall, no complaints whatsoever.

Pretty good Value
I got these to help hold down my carbon fiber hood. i still use the factory latch so didn't go with the bigger ones. these have good fitment and secure the sides very well. I went and got an alignment and for some reason the shop popped open my hood without my knowledge, but then when they closed it they only latched the quick latches and not my factory hood latch, these still held my hood down perfectly at 120mph (on a closed road testing custom alignment specs)Edit: 7/19/2020 the paint on the button portion has faded and worn off pretty noticeably, Installed 11/2019. Still functioning perfectly though. I’m guessing the difference between this and the more expensive brands is probably mostly the paint. Taking off 1 star for paint wear. For the price what do you expect though.

Great Quality Cheaper option to Name Brand (Quik-Release)
I've ran these on my front bumper for the past 2ish months and will definitely purchase these for my rear bumper next. I suggest using 2 for each side of your bumper rather than 1 just for added security/sturdiness (one assembly is rated for 150 Lbs). when the product arrived I was skeptical of it and honestly a little worried. The nuts were a little loose on the threading of the bolt which made me think it might rip out and or strip the threading (Can be snugged up with teflon tape) but turned out to not be an issue ( I personally didn't use the tape). other than that installation was straight forward, take off bumper, make hole in bumper, stick latch assembly in hole, tighten bolt to frame, snap in place. I live in Chicago and we get a decent amount of precipitation. I've gone through large puddles @ high speeds with the force of impact doing nothing to the quick release assemblies (can't wait for the winter). I would recommend this off brand to anyone who is looking for a solution to bumper sag/fitment for AEM bumpers/quick release/etc. This is also a better solution to the rubber band quick release because there is no drilling into fenders which can cause rusting/corrosion. 5 star no bull review.

quality and affordable
everythingbia great as how i see it compare to the very expensive one which i ordered and returned worth 229.99. this over expensive latch just looks good in the picture but when i got it, it doesnt feel good and looks cheaply fabricated. they have poor customer service too who didnt bother to answer my 3 email queries about their pruduct. i like my new item now as it is completly the opposite of the other. i just dont have experience with the customer service because i have nothing to ask for the item is all good for my setup.

Better buy real QUICK LATCH
My hood opened up by it self while driving crack my windshield crazy dangerous. And right after that we changed the hood fix everything up close the new hood... the latch won't come of on the new hood. Had to punch it like hell to make it release.
