Had a question about my order it was addressed and fixed without any problems this is the 3rd time I have bought from this seller and I will absolutely buy from them again. The product turned out amazing every time I look at it I smile because yes it's that awesome.

When I got this item is was pretty the diamond cut was amazing then it started to tarnish, so I waited a bit longer to clean it . When I did clean it I cleaned it along with my other sliver, 18k gold and precious stones and everything came out perfect except this item it started looking darker, I no longer were this item it was bought in April 2024 I now use it as a key chain because I don't know if that is a poisonous metal. I really think that I deserve a real sterling silver cartouche because that is what I had paid for. It also does not have the silver gram marking on it .925 Amazon should remove them for this deception.

So pretty! Great quality! Thank you! If you go to their website, Discoveries Egyptian Imports, you can add other symbols! Like a lotus flower or an Eye! You might be able to do that on Amazon but I’m not sure!

The cartouche itself is exactly what it was advertised to be. However the chain that I ordered with it was so short there’s no way it’ll fit my fiancée. It fits me like a choker. And the only person in our home able to comfortably wear the chain is my 5 year old daughter. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got this and was very happy loved the way it looked but I took it off to clean and noticed it did not shine like when I first got it. Took it off 2 weeks later to shine and notice it was turning green. I have lots of silver jewelry but have never had any turn green. When I sent them an email on this I get half answers.
