CONs:- Build quality is very lacking.- The wires feel like they are made out of tissue paper.- It's only a matter of time before I tear one of these.- The sole button is not reliable with summoning Siri. --- Interesting Facts: Neither Pro or Con ---- It comes with an old school shirt clip you may or may not hate. --- Full Review ---DISCLAIMER: I haven't listened to these with high quality music in a quiet environment because that's not what these are for. They are (for me) just for phone calls and maybe music in situations where I need to hear my surroundings. For all my other portable headphone needs I have my Etymotic ER4's.I used to have an old blackberry pearl, and I had headphones with a microphone and they just worked. I didn't think anything of it. I got an iPhone and the headphones and microphone that came with them have always just worked. So when I lost mine I decided to look at a couple replacement brands. The microphones ranged from being useless to awful. I was about to give up until I saw these little guys. So for nostalgia's sake I bought them giving Apple alternatives one more try before buying new EarPods. I'm so glad I did!In come the thin, easily tangleable, clip bearing, single button black classic ear buds into the world dominated by IEMs with terrible microphones. Don't get me wrong the EarPods are better, they sound better, fit better and have volume buttons. BUT the blackberry have the VALUE! And the microphone is just about as good. The sound is so good for PHONE CALLS, on both ends, puts these in the league of the Apple EarPods at a fraction. I can't wait to try the lightning EarPods and the Apple AirPods in the future.So I have to give these classic headphones a CARL JRs FIVE star review. Don't forget to thumbs up this review!

If it appears that a rat has chewed the product prior to packaging, you know something's wrong. Very wrong.There was a 0.25" section of cable, right before the plastic splitter, where the outer sheathing had been stripped away; the metal wires and soldering were exposed. And the plastic splitter itself was partially cracked open, albeit still in one piece. Other impressions regarding their quality were poor, ranging from the buds themselves seeming a bit undersized to the button being difficult to press with no tactile feedback.I've ordered other cheap headsets off Amazon before with mostly positive results, but this headset (from Amazon merchant "Phone Max") sets the bar at a new low. Hopefully this was the 'one bad apple' of the bunch, but I'm not looking for a round two on this one.

Honestly i've bought plenty of these because they are so cheap and ship so fast with no shipping fees. but these headsets are just quick pick ups that'll last you a month or two. the wires are very durable and the mic is great but the insulator or outside of the wire will wear out very fast and begin to break exposing the wires. If u don't mind walking around with some busted looking headset then this is fine cause like i said the inner wires are very durable and will far outlast the insulator which will look crumbled and shredded after a month or two of being in your pocket. but because i love how durable the wires are and how great the quality of these headsets are in sound i'll give it 4 stars just because of the insulation.

The sound is very very weak. It is mediocre. This headset is not enjoyable. The material used to make the headset is kind of a hard plastic and seems cheap, and it gives the impression that eventually will tear easily. The control button seems solid, but given the fact that is built cheaply, I do not see the control button and microphone lasting very long. It is not worth buying even at the advertised low price. A better investment on yourself would be to donate the cost of the headphone to some charity.

I like these headphones, but I feel like they're to flimsy, as if they will break easily but they have good sound quality; for the price they're amazing though, I do not regret getting these headphones at all. I like them especially for my blackberry because they are OEM, and work great on my Torch 9850. I would reccomend these to any Blackberry owner and just anybody who wants a pair of low priced headphones.P.S. - I have to constantly adjust them because they won't sit in my ear, I have big ears but these just slip out and get kind of annoying.

I use the Blackberry Stereo Headset for my 9800 Torch almost every day and it works far better then any of the bluetooth headsets I have tried. There is no static, sound is crystal clear and the voice command button works great for requesting voice commands ("call home") as well as for answering phone calls, putting calls on hold or disconnecting a call. I even bought 2 at the low price so that I could have a headset in my office as well as in my bedroom for quiet listening/playing games at night.

I've purchased these before from another seller and LOVED them but I bought 5 pairs in November and EVERY pair broke within 48 hours of opening the package. Earbuds cracked and opened up on two pairs, right ear bud wire broke off from the main wire on two, wires became exposed on two and all of them sounded crackly and uneven to me and the person on the other end of the phone. Huge disappointment as I've used these for years with my iphone and prefer them to iphone headphones.
