I like the product and its functions, however, the round electrical plug makes it impossible to access a nearby outlet. The cover to the battery compartment is very hard to remove, I have two wounds on my hand to prove it. However, it does remove and is secure.Otherwise the product is great! Like the magnetized remote and remote base.if it weren’t for the round outlet plug blocking nearby outlets I would give this item more stars.

I love that you can plug this into any 3 pronged grounded US outlet, plug any device to it, and now you have a light-switch that you can place anywhere to turn that device on or off. You can also take the light switch unit off of its mount and use it as a remote, as it is held to it's mounting base by magnets.Would have given a full 5 stars if the wall plug was a little less bulky and if the magnet that holds the remote unit to it's base was a bit stronger. The plug receiver unit sticks out of the wall socket further than I like, and when reaching for the switch remote, if you bump the unit in the dark, you can knock it off the mounting plate.Other than that, I love it.I use it for my lights in my garage, and have one switch remote mounted on the wall next to the door leading into the house, and a second remote in my wife's car, so she can turn on the lights when she comes home. Would have been perfect if there was a 3 remote switch option available.

I just moved into an apartment built in the 1970s...back when they didn't believe in things like overhead lighting. I really wanted a switch by the front door to turn on a standing lamp (or SOMETHING) when I first walk in. I went through dozens of products on Amazon and I got these with two remotes with one outlet. Firstly, it came pre-paired. All I had to do was plug in the outlet and remove the adhesive on the remotes to install. So far so good! The magnet seems pretty sturdy right now. I tried pushing the on/off buttons on the remotes at odd angles and the remotes stayed put. I have duct tape on standby if I need it. There is a very slight delay when turning the light on. I'm planning on getting more of these for the bedrooms. Full disclosure - my apartment is so old that I don't really care if the adhesive strips the paint upon removal. I'll just sand it and paint over it. Management will never notice. So if you're concerned about removing them, I don't know how easily they come off the walls.

I bought this for use in our attic. We installed a whole house fan but didn't want to run a wire down from the attice to the first floor. (It would have cost us about $500 for the electrician). We decided instead to plug the attic fan into the outlet and try this remote control outlet. I bought the one with out outlet and two remotes. I can turn the attic fan on and off from the first floor or the second floor.I'm so happy with it that I think I'll buy another one for the Chritstmas tree

I really like the wifi plug with the wireless switches. Response is pretty quick when turning on or off the switch.It comes with a mount for the wall and the switch is magnetized to easily detach from mount on wall. It works right out the package. No need for an app or smartphone.My only complaint is. The magnet is not very strong.

The remote is basic on and off but works great. Turn on outside the room and use the second controller near the bed to turn off the light. Both controllers come pre- synced with the plug. Taking off the back of the controller is a little tricky but not difficult. One flat battery in each controller.

This is exactly what I need in order to add a switch to my outdoor light. I really didn't want to have to hardwire a new switch and this provides a much easier solution. I was able to add 2 switches in less than a minute! If only it had smart feature such as Alexa.
