Really nice! Cotton lining and soft material on outer. Sewn in sections, so filling doesn’t move around. It smells good and not over powering. Stays warm longer. Best I have ever owned! I highly recommend!

Very smelly, a waste of money

I've had this for awhile now and every time I use it I think ' I've got to write a review'.This wrap is so amazing. It gives off a moist heat which is so important. It has no added scent which is very important to me. The way it is sown in sections keeps the material inside even all around. It has a nice weight to it as well without being too heavy. I have a bad shoulder that causes the muscles in my neck and around my shoulder blade to get knotted up. I use a theragun and then heat this for 2 min and 20 seconds and wrap it around the right side of my neck and down my shoulder blade. It truly helps.I use it sometimes just because I'm cold. It's very comforting. It's also great when you're sinuses hurt. I'll wrap it around my neck and pull the sides up and hold them over my cheeks. It helps so much.It is easy to place across your lower back as well.

This neck wrap is amazing! The quality and construction is top quality! The weight is perfect and the lavender smell is so wonderful! I wanted one with just lavender and this is one of only a few I could find. I use it every night before bed or when I just want to relax. And being made in the USA makes it even better!

My work causes a lot of neck and shoulder tightness. I cannot afford massages or PT all the time. Out of pain desperation, I started looking for a heati ng pad for muscle stiffness. I came across this. The first time I used it, In 10 minutes.. I felt MAJOR RELIEF from the tightness. I was bumbed bc my in my first use, the fabric burnt and seeds came out. PLEASE; DO NOT PLACE ANY OF . FABRIC ON THE turn table. Use a large enough plate and place this over the plate without any of the fabric touching the turn table. FOlllow this and you will be alright. I tried 4 different types from electric to other pads and I came back to this. Second time: fabric ok: Tightness loosened. Also, the fabric and weight hugged the sides of neck and shoulder. That made a big difference in transfer of heat. The scent was also mild. SO, there it is. My review. Look no . further. Get yourself the relief you deserve.

This is so ridiculously heavy. It actually makes my neck pain worse. It is probably really cosy to wear if you're feeling chilly, but it's so weighty that I can't imagine it provides any therapeutic value. Maybe my pain is making me cranky but I ragefully glare at it whenever I see it slumping like a squishy boulder on the arm of my couch where I dumped it unceremoniously. I cannot return this fast enough.

This products is good because it warms (or cools) my shoulders with weight and heat. But it also has a high collar, the pads reach high enough up the back of your neck, so very soothing. Reaches the sides, even covers my painful TMJ AREA ,and gives some relief there too. Love it!

This was okay, but honestly, it was way toy heavy and as someone with neck pain I needed something lightweight and effective.

Love this neck buddy. I had to look around for one that did not have a scent. Most have aromatherapy but I get headaches from anything scented floral. This has almost no smell at all. It is weighted and feels wonderful on my sore neck. The only down side is the cold only last for about 10 minutes, but from the microwave it is hot/warm for a good 20 mins. 2 thumbs up!

This product is very comfortable covering full back of neck and shoulders. It's great that it can be heated for 2 min and that it stays pleasantly warm to do it's job for a full 15 minutes. Happy to support this small US company with 5 stars.
