Solitaire Lite Handheld Game

My wife just loves her Radica Solitaire game I gave her two years ago. But her complaint is that she can't play it when the light in the room is dim. So I thought that I would surprise her with a lighted one for Christmas. Although this game is similar in shape and size of the one she has, the display is smaller than the one she is used to. Also the sound is weak. Too bad that they could have not just added light to the original one and everything would be great. Because of these shortcomings I can this product a mediocre rating.

This game does allow the player to win and does so quite often. However, it appropriately requires some skill to win. This toy offers a fair amount of flexibility and operational features which enhance the playing experience.Glad I bought this game.

As an almost senior citizen, this is a great game for me. Low intensity, no stress; the game can be played silently and with the light and does not disturb anyone else. I enjoy it.

My family and I have been using these light-up Radica Solitaire games for years. We are all over 50. My mom and mother-in-law started using them as they got older and couldn't sleep through the night anymore. Now, I use them everyday. My sister keeps hers in the bathroom. My mom ended up in a wheelchair in a nursing home and kept her solitaire game with her at all times. We love them because they light up and you can use them anywhere. They are great on airplanes. I have shared this information with other people and have hoped that they, too, would buy them. Thank you for selling them. I buy a few every couple of years. I hope they are never discontinued. Our local stores no longer sell them, so I have to go online to find them. Thank you, again, for stocking them.[...].

I bought this for my dad who is a huge fan of these types of card games. He tends to commute a lot on a bus or train, etc. so it was the perfect gift for him. He loved the backlight for those darker than normal bus rides. It did take him a little while to figure out how to fully use it but he's got the hang of it now and really likes it.

I can play solitaire anywhere I want now. It's better than on a laptop because you don't need anything but batteries. This game is relaxing and theraputic for me after a long day's work and having little energy. It's light weight, easy to operate and well lit. If you like to play solitaire, you will like this version.

This was ordered for my husband who spent hours in his office playing solitaire on his computer. Now he plays this at the kitchen table while I am cooking or on my computer. It is so nice to have him back with me! He finds it easy to operate, and easy on the eyes. When he wears this one out, will definitely be ordering another, in fact, may do it before he needs it, just to be sure I can get it.

If you have this game, and have had it a while, buy one again. When ours wore out, we purchased the 'updated' version of it, and HATE it. The placement of the buttons is not efficient, it sits funny in our hands, etc. So I was extremely grateful when I found the older version on line. I may buy another couple before they're all gone.
