Everything sticks to it.
Updating my review: Cleaning the kadhai and using metal spoons are no issue. But the major drawback is that food sticks to it. No matter what you are cooking , it will just stick. was hoping for a non stick kind of feature with hard anodized stuff. My steel kadhai works better than this.---I ordered this kadai as it was hard anodized and all the previous purchases of non stick items haven't been good for me at all. I had couple of pressure cooker of same material and i am happy that i do cn use any kind of spatula with this. It a good product but not give you full feature as a NON STICK material and food get stick to it. I do indian cooking mostly, but its quite easy to clean it. Have used it quite a few time. So far this looks promising. I will update again after few months.

Worth Every Penny - Just go for it.
The media could not be loaded. I purchased 30 cm , 3.75 L with steel lid. I was thinking that it is very costly and i am investing lot of money. But the kadhai has a truly premium quality and it's very heavy & sturdy. Vessels of this quality will last for generations. No doubt it will last for years. The wooden handle looks great, the vessells heats well on Induction stove as well. The lid fits properly and serves the purpose.Please find the video attached where i show cooking with this vessell on Prestige Induction stove.@Amazon - the packaging 📦 was not proper. It's was broken and look very bad. The item was sent with the original box itself in a damage condition. Please correct this.

Very good kadhai/wok
This kadhai is perfect in size. The inside can withstand metal cooking utensils and is smooth enough for soft utensils as well. The handles are a bit sharp around the edges but comfortable. The exterior finish is beautiful and tge cover fits snugly. It doesn’t heat as uniformly as I had hoped on the induction burner but it does a decent enough job. Already my favorite pot for Indian cooking.

Actual Dimensions doesn't match with the description
Product quality is really good and no complain about the delivery, but actual dimension of this product is not match with dimension described in product details in Amazon which is very bad . In description it is written there the dimension is 33×46 but its acual size is 30×40 cm . So buyers please note this point. And Amazon should check this thing.
