I did professional research on genestein.It’s protective against breast cancer and gives one estrogen that you may need.I’m very thin and don’t have extra fat to give me estrogen. I use this along with 2 Tablespoons ground flax seed daily. It helps a lot with brain fog that one can get from lack of estrogen.

This product has been a godsend. I am a post-menopausal woman and had suffered from frequent hot flashes and night sweats. My doctor had recommended a OTC remedy, Estroven. After two months, I was hardly feeling any difference, and was having headaches. After researching online, I decided to try a soy free Genistein product. The results have been better than I ever hoped for. I have been taking the 125 mg for about two weeks and my flashes have almost disappeared...and headaches gone. I really, really wish I had discovered this years ago.
