beautiful teff grain
I mill my own flour and this teff is always delicious, fresh and malty flavoured. There are little bits of teff grass and husk in there that are inevitable in a product like this where the grain is so tiny. It contributes to the authentic feel of the product in my opinion.

I like these, no grating sandy particles- very smooth and tasty.Would've given it a 5 but for little black things that appear, wonder what that is. They do not distract from the quality though.
