I added these to my daily supplement intake several months ago, and I've found that they're easily digestible and taste great. I take two capsules after breakfast with a large glass of water. I picked these capsules because the ingredients are straightforward and organic—and they certainly taste the best of all the cinnamon supplements I've taken. Absolutely no complaints so far. Hoping to stick with these for quite some time.

After I had ordered this I saw one review that said nothing on the label said it was Ceylon. I was shocked! Mine has just arrived and I can assure any other sceptics that it states very clearly Organic (Bio) Ceylon Cinnamon. The label is as shown on Amazon and on Weightworld's own web page.The capsules are easy to swallow and though there is only a faint smell of cinnamon in the bottle, I opened a capsule and think it is a good quality product.I am pre-diabetic and hope this will help lower my blood sugar.

My blood sugar levels have reduced massively over the last four months. I don’t know if it’s down to the tablets though as on a lot of meds too. I don’t like the taste at all though.
