I have 4 daughters all with long thick hair and have about 6 flat irons ranging in price from $35 to $150. The most expensive one is the one that doesn't work well. Go Figure. I bought this for a Christmas present for one of my girls because she said her friend has it and it works so good and she was right. It heats up very quickly and you don't have to pull super thin amounts of hair through it for it to work. It takes her about 10 minutes to do her whole head and her hair is to the middle of her back. It also doesn't pull her hair like the other ones we have. The plates and smooth and goes through the hair without that pulling. Great Product!!!

I am low maintenance no fuss for hair, usually a braid or ponytail and never even use a hairdryer. Bought this for the rare occasions I need to dress up. Liked the ability to straighten or curl with the edge with one tool instead of multiples. Since I’m not used to styling as much, I was skeptical of my ability to maneuver but I had great waves in my long hair in under 10 minutes on my first use and no burns! WIN!

Product comes with a velcro "belt" to tie cord together, when turned on light starts out blinking then turns red when ready for use, which doesn't take too long to heat up. I like that I don't have to worry about pushing down or off the temperature button like others have it on top of the handle. Did notice a better straightening with this product compared to the Jose Eber. Pink and white is very nice looking.

I have very curly hair. The photo I posted doesn't do justice to how smooth my hair is after I flat iron it. Also, because of the shape it does allow you to give it a wave, I have not mastered it, it does take some practice. I like how high the heat gets and how it shuts off after a certain amount of time.

I had not even had this product a month and it quit working. I did not have any issues returning for a refund.

This is NOT a professional Keratin hair straightener. A real professional one would be much more expensive and work correctly. This was a waste of money as my hair does nothing but stay curly. I settled because the expensive one was on backorder for weeks and weeks. Don't settle.

Just turn on and the magic begins. Love how my hair was straightened with one stroke. I also love that my ends were curled and did not drop.

Recommended to me by a friend. Amazon had a $10 off coupon on it so the price was right. So far I love it. Heats up fast. No snagging or pulling. Smooth plates. No frizz.
