Nicely made as expected
I have the 48-inch parallel clamps from Jorgensen that I received as a gift a few years ago. I saw that these were marked down for Black Friday and I jumped at the chance to grab them. Not surprisingly, they are as well made as the ones I already have. There are perfect for panel glue-ups and other large glue-ups and assemblies. They will get a lot of use in my shop.

Worth the price!
Absolutely indispensable for cutting board glue ups. It has taken me many years and many stressful glue ups to spend the money for these clamps. After my latest run of cutting boards I can tell you all they are worth the price. Clamping pressure is even, square and stable unlike traditional bar or pipe clamps. It's simple. If you want to take the next step with woodworking bite the bullet and get these clamps!

Awesome for gluing up wooden panels
I use these Jorgensen clamps several times per month to glue boards into pannels to make cabinet doors and lots of other projects.They work great at holding the boards flat and have great clamping force. Be a little careful not to tighten them crazy tight or you may break them, but with proper use they will last several years.These Jorgensen clamps work almost infinitely better than pipe clamps, they don't leave the stains and poorly aligned joints like pipe clamps do, and they are about the same price or less expensive than pipe clamps.We currently have 20 of these clamps and plan on buying another 20 when budget allows. Right now I don't even touch my 10 pipe clamps 99% of the time. I would rather wait for glue to dry and use my Jorgensen clamps again.

Very good Clamps
I have used Jorgensen clamps for years. I have sizes 24 inches to 60 inches.They are strong, have a handle large enough for good gripping. They will last me a lifetime, I suspect.

The first question when I researched in the : question , answer section at Amazon was ........Do they come with plastic or rubber handles? the answer from the year 2016 was, "wood handles". The clamp I received in 2018 has rubber handles not wood. I love working with their products and wanted another to make one more matched set. It's not a matched set but it will work. I think that the manufacturer is counting on us consumers not minding that they show a photo of a wood handle but ship rubber ones. It is disappointing for those of us who like the wood handle.
