Spyder 14-Piece Carbide Tipped Deep Cut Hole Saw Kit

Only made a test run with the smallest hole saw through a 2X4 , it has a single carbide tooth! didn't look like it could possibly work, went great, cut fast & a wide swath of wood away leaving plenty of room for the core to be ejected easily as the tool is designed to do. I have several other hole saws, bi-metal, and several other types for wood. This is by far the fastest and easiest way to make a hole and release the core, not for precision wood boring but cuts a pretty clean hole for construction purposes, good that it will go through stucco, bricks etc. too. Great set, great storage box, very pleased.

I will replace my collection of hole saws with this set of sturdy and easily assembled and useable cutters. The results have been near-perfect and time efficient in use.

We encounter a lot of different materials that we have to cut into, soffits, hardy board, cement board, but it’s even good for wood. Good stuff.Side point the pilot bits break fairly easily and the Chuck is not the most superior in the industry. But it’s a good product and a good cost. The whole size themselves are second best to the Milwaukee carbide “big dawg”. But them nasty expensive. And these are 90-95% of that efficiency. And those are more aggressive.

I am installing a new toilet and sink in a laundry room to make a Ulitility/half bath. I needed to cut holes for the 3” pipe and for the waterlines and sink drain. While searching for tools to do the job I found Spyder and their carbide hole saws set. This set is great. The house is old and has a few layers on the floor. This tool cut through ceramic tile, hardiboard, 2 layers of wood and old vinyl. The ceramic tool a little patients Bit every other material was cake for this tool. I am already thinking about replacing my other hole saws with a set of Spyder bi-metal saws.

it's nothing to write home about. yes, it will cut holes...accurately? quickly? like I said "ho hum"

These are great hole saws!!!! They will cut through everything that I've tried!!! Metal, wood, concrete, concrete board,fiberglass etc... I am a licensed plumber so I put these through some major paces and the just keep on going. Highly recommend

Needed to buy these sooner! Will buy again when needed
