Love this bamboo hairbrush. It makes me hair soft when I brush

I love this brush! I just got it today and after hearing about the benefits of a wooden brush I've been so excited for it to arrive :) and it's just as great as I expected! It's absolutely beautiful and feels very well made. It brushes my hair nicely , leaving it soft and untangled. It feels way better then any normal brush I've had because it doesn't really pull at my hair or give in to the strength. The bristles are solid and really do massage your scalp . And all of this for a great price. If your looking for a wooden brush this is a great choice :)

I wanted a new, high-quality brush to replace my cheap Forever 21 brushes, that I had had for a while. I know it's good to clean your brushes because they can start to grow bacteria, and ever since I had my new hair cut and my new conditioning treatment, there was no way I was going to risk anything. (So dramatic, I know, but it means a lot to me right now!)I saw this brush and recognized that it was a bit more than my $2 Forever 21 brushes, but I thought that I had to tear myself away from buying from Forever 21 because their stuff is cute for a while then completely disintegrates (is that just my experience? Could be). It's from a trusted store and it sounded very appealing: Bamboo. Why not?So I got this brush and it kind of hurts to use... Kind of. So I went for a softer brush (good ol' Forever 21 brushes) which did the trick. Then I rebrushed with my new bamboo one from the Body Shop.So this is a good brush. I like it. But I decided I would clean my brushes every two weeks (other than normal maintenance of removing stray hairs whenever I saw them), and I couldn't figure out how to properly clean this one because the cushion doesn't move at all. Is that a good thing? My F21 ones are very spongey and flexible, while this is a very sturdy piece of hardware. Perhaps I'm not ready for high society.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it hurts to use and I feel like it's pulling out more hair than my F21 brushes. This could be because of my lack of knowledge in the hairbrush realm, and I might have gotten a hairbrush that doesn't work too well with my wavy, thick hair, but I'm contemplating just buying a new Forever 21 brush... my weakness.

picked up the same brush 2.5 years ago, and just bought another same one for my mom now. she stayed with us recently and asked to borrow a hairbrush. she was amazed about how comfortable it is comparing to her own at home. so i'm buying another one. surprisingly, the price on amazon hasn't raised a penny since last time i purchased it.for why i picked this brush 2.5 years ago - i was looking for a wooden or bamboo made one, so that it's 1. comfortable on the scalp, and 2. no statics when brushing. also, i avoided any plastic materials with color dye on the brush, as previously owned one that bleeds color when touching water. so 3. no color dyes on the brush. then the last is i avoided the metal pins. again, had a brush with metal pins and that one didn't keep its shape over time. so 4. no metal pins.the one i bought 2.5 yrs ago, still stands strong. love it.

This is a very nice brush so far. I have thick hair and this seems to work better than most brushes. It doesn't snag on my hair quite so much. (I hope it lasts a long time. Will revise my review if it breaks quickly or anything, but I am quite happy so far.) I like the feel of it and the way it works. The natural look and feel of the bamboo and wood are very appealing.

I wanted to get another brush from The Body Shop based on one I purchased many years ago and still use. This one was purchased to keep in my daughter's backpack for travel. This one does not have the same small bamboo pins that my first one has, which means it tangles in long hair much more than the first one I purchased. It's still good quality, but for my small daughter, it gets caught in tangles and induces tears. Disappointed.

I use this often and like the way it feels as well as the fact that this is quite sustainability friendly

I love this brush... I don't know what I was expecting, but it goes through my hair nice and smooth... No tangles or pulling. When I brush my dry hair, there is no static and it begins my style back to life. When I got out of the shower, it took all the know out without taking any hair out with it. This is definitely a keeper.
