cool rice
when I first got this I had no idea how full/long grain rice are different, full grain are ones that soak up less water, grow longer in leght, so there is tibar(broken in 3pcs), dubar(broken in 2pcs), full grain ( maximum size no broken). Thats the rice that I like!this rice was long grain rice! long grain rice soak more water and get fatter, the name can be a little misleading, so it becomes like the rice more widely used in south india. this rice isn't my taste at all, soft, mushy, watery.I ended up using this rice for idli dosa batter and oh my god the taste was so much better!! so the quality of the rice is cool, just depends if you prefer long grain, or full grain?
