perfect replacement / fit for my eartec headsets
My original ear pads had all broken down and had black stuff coming off everywhere. These were a perfect fit and now they look / fit like new again.

Perfect fit for your Eartec "marriage savers"
The media could not be loaded. Interesting how the Eartec leather ear pads begin to disintegrate or flake apart after a few years. These leatherette replacements easily attach to your Ultralite Headset and should provide years to use. They are light weight.To replace grasp the headset, turn the earpad counter clockwise and they'll pop right off, to attach line up the three tabs, turn clockwise and they'll snap on to the headset.

Fit perfectly.
The replacement pads are just like the original, and easy to remove the old ones and replace with the new one. They just twist and snap into place.

Perfect fit
After about a year and a half of use, our "marriage saver" headset earpieces needed replacing. These fit perfect.

There is no elasticity around the outer edge to make them stay on.
They won’t stay on because there is no adhesive or elastic around outer edge.
