I tried other hats from the same reseller and returns were no problem.Good quality and a reasonable value.It’s a little more stiff than I expected and the band isn’t anything special, but I knew that going in.Buy the most X’s you can afford for luxury and the fewest of its just for an every day beater or work hat (or costume).Based on my experience, this is the entry level for a luxury formal hat.

I received this hat in a regular box. It was boxed perfectly so it didn’t come warped. The hat fits perfectly on my son. He is very happy with his Christmas gift. The quality of the hat is great value for the money.

Amazing product

Great hat - had to return and refund the first one - I had to get a size smaller. I ended up having to do a refund and return to get the size needed. The hat company is great. Advice - do not go threw their program affirm - originally I figured I would just do this payment plan but when I had to do the refund and return I got screwed from this affirm company, the hat company did a refund but affirm still charged me quite a bit just for using them for a week. I ended up going through the hat company directly and simply just paying for it. Advice go through the hat company it is much easier and cheaper all around.

Stetson has and uses hat boxes. You sent this in a large cardboard box, with ust the hat. Totally unacceptable.
