Mann Filter CUK 2646-2 Automotive Cabin Air Filter with Activated Carbon, Car & Truck Passenger Compartment OEM Filter Replacement for Mercedes Benz: ML350, GL450, R350 and more

I own a 2010 ML 350. I followed the installation guidelines posted by PD on 4/22/2017. It literally took me 5 minutes (this is the first time I have ever installed cabin filters) to complete the job. Had I followed the instructions posted on Youtube, it would have taken me much longer. PD wrote: "Access is easy through the hood method. Use pliers to gently remove the old unit by pulling the edges towards the middle of the filter, then place one unit in and slightly crush the other to allow a temporary deformation that allows insertion under the retentive ledge. It will then 'pop' into place. Ensure the cover to the filters is correctly replaced. Very easy as these things go". The only thing I would like to suggest is to consider adding deodorizing pellets such as Downy "febreze" between the filters folds to freshen up the air in the cabin.This is a test to see if it helps. The filters are quite sturdy and fit very well..

Easy install and fits great.

Went through glove compartment. If you have a multiplayer CD system hit the silver button in glove box after replacing and it will drop down. I took it apart twice wondering after the first time “what the heck”. 2 hours turned into 4 but I am a perfectionist fixing my mechanics lazy work the last time he replaced them on MB schedule. Picture really doesn’t do how dirty they were Justice since I finished as it was dark and shot the photo before I tossed the old ones. Perfect fit w/ Mann. Replacing engine filters tomorrow, last time they were filthy. Love Mann products and just the process of frustration and then satisfaction is worth it and I am not mechanic. You tube videos give you a general guidence but said nothing about Silver CDC button on left in GB. So it’s a bit of trial and error. Two hands would have been nice. Careful with your wiring. The box isn’t light. All the torch screws are T20’s but different sizes so label them where they go.

I got them for my 2018 MB GLE 350 that I bought recently. The filters are the same as the original ones except two things: the old MB ones look thicker than those ones, maybe because they are dirty! Secondly I had to open two holes on one side of one of the filters to let the two pins in the housing to go in. But in general it was very easy process.

I wanted to save a few bucks and not buy the Mercedes branded cabin air filters so I decided to buy from them, as they are the OE manufacturers of Mercedes filters. Installation was a bit hard due to how tight the fitment was (I believe by design) but once you get it in it’s a cost effective replacement for your cabin air filters.

Price is good. Ml 350, need two holes to keep the filters in place. But these did not have. I had to mark and make them.

I installed them from under the hood. I felt an increase in air volume and a fresher air quality right away. It only took me 15 minutes. It was so easy I also replaced the ones in my daughters car. She has the same make and model.

I bought this set filters second time,. Yes, there are no two holes for both ,but it just a little tight for properly install and perfect fit for my old suv .Will buy it again
