Stopped Working After 2 Months
I bought this as a replacement lamp for my Epson 1060 projector, as the lamp was getting old and dim. It initially worked as intended and looked as good as new. However, only about 2 months after installing the lamp the projector began making a horrendous noise and the picture goes dark. I’ve tried numerous fixes and nothing works. That is, nothing works except putting the old bulb back in, so it is clear the new lamp is the problem. Very disappointed in the performance of this product and if anyone has a better recommendation or solution I would love to hear suggestions.

This lamp was defective and DOES NOT WORK
This lamp lasted only a few hours and went out. It is defective! I purchased the lamp in 2022 so that I would have it on hand when my first lamp went out. As of Nov. 2023, the original went out and I replaced with this unit. IT IS DEFECTIVE, and since the return policy expired back in 2022, I'm screwed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!! I called Epson and ordered a new lamp from them directly. I lost $130 to this seller!!

Bulb exploded after 150 hours
Only had about 150 hours and the bulb exploded from a hotspot. Bad manufacturing. This ruined the projector by causing glass shrapnel to damage the inside of it and caused smoke to emit from the projector.
