Who u gonna call?
Love this backpack-vac.Live in a 3story, a traditional stick vac would need constant charging and emptying.Forget about using a floor vac.. did that for aboutn18month after moving in before throwing a hissy and binning it.Had seen the cleaning crews in work use these & floors seemed alright there so went and bought one. (Already had batteries and charger).I recommend tossing the bag that it comes delivered with straight into the rubbishbin.. it literally blocks airflow and whilst it might be good for particle filtering it does make the vac rather sluggish at actually picking up things.I have found cheaper 3rd party bags really give the vac a boost.To compare..simply fire the vac up w. no bag ..that's roughly how it ought to feel.... Enough suck to lift badly installed lino or a light rug ( w. 2x org 5amps. fully charged.Comfy, light, easy to fit and use.... Special bonus for Ghostbusters lookalike feel..

It’s not fit for purpose
Having been loyal to the Makita brand for many years , I’m appalled at this product. What market is it aimed at? It has poor suction even by cordless products standards, almost non existent battery life, filter bags that get blocked very rapidly and are easily de mounted.

Genuinely surprised and happy..
Mine has just came. Inserted battiers. The suction on it is pretty good to be fair. Yet to try it on the drywall cordless sander as thats what i got it for. As it is im welk hapoy with it...

Don't bother
Bought the hoover after seeing good reviews on YouTube ( probably sponsored) but the hoover dies in like 15 mins has very lacking power even on high setting and to make it worse it cost £50 to return the thing. Horrible!!
