Very good.
Comfortable. Mom adds a pad inside for more absorbency for complete loss but are absorbent for light leakage. She says they are so much softer then depends.

Wonderful Product For Sensitive Skin!
First, I would like to explain some things about myself so that you can understand how important good "pull-ups", as I call them, are to me. I have gradually been needing these products more and more over the past couple of years and have basically tried every brand on the market in search of a brand that works well yet I can still afford on my limited budget. I am disabled and was switched some years back from Medicaid to Medicare, which means I am forced to pay for any incontinence products I need. I have Crohn's Disease that has caused me to develop quite a few fistulas that drain pretty regularly and cause me to be sensitive in those areas from the near constant moisture. It seems that I could go hourly to clean and dry myself but am wet again within minutes. All this has now led to an incontinence problem which my doctor suspects is caused by a new fistula. I could have gone to the bathroom less than an hour before having an accident with no warning whatsoever!Luckily, I came across an offer for free samples of Tena underwear that included three sizes of underwear as well as an overnight pad. I was absolutely THRILLED by simply opening the wrapping of that first sample. The material is so much softer and more comfortable than even the best brand I'd tried to that point. I can't tell you how many times I've awoken during the night to find my tushie felt chapped, itchy and sore due to the rubbing of the other brands on my backside! These felt like real cloth rather than the paper-like material the others are made from. Also, the absorbency speed is far better than most of the other brands. This is VERY important due to the issues I described above. I'm praying to find some way to get assistance in paying for these products, but until then, these are, in my honest opinion, the absolute best buy out there on the market for the product. There are occasions when I have to settle for another brand, and I hate every moment of using the other brands now - even the brand I'd liked the most before Tena!I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone with sensitive skin in particular and, in general, for anyone who must endure using this type of product. I hope my review can help at least one person and wish anyone and everyone who reads it all the best. :-)

Great product. Great customer service.
With my health and mobility in decline, I find I need a little "help" at night. This product is amazing, very discrete under pj's, comfortable, and customer service second to none. I ordered a size not quite large enough and when I inquired about returning the unused packs and buying the next larger size, they said they would send it free of charge. They have a loyal customer for life.

Comfy and discreet.
We purchase these by the case for my MIL. She loves them for daytime protection. Mom wears stretchy knit pants pretty much 100% of the time and these pull-ups are very discreet. No seams or bulk shows and there's no crinkly noise. She said they're very comfortable and easy to pull up and down. Great protection at a good price.

Good for daytime 'spills' and light wetting
My aging parent has reached that time of life when this product is needed, and for daytime use, it does what it was designed to do. It accommodates most 'wetting" as long as it remains a bit lighter than a full bladder's worth. Yet in our case, it is NOT sufficient for night use. This is worn by a woman who likes its comfort, and it is worth mentioning that Tena is discrete, without huge padding between the legs. For the most part, simply put, it doesn't announce "I AM WEARING A DIAPER!" to the world.Yet do NOT plan on getting though a night with only one, or two, or three changes. In our case (even when getting up at that frequency to change them) it wasn't unusual to also be forced to change the sheets and bedclothes at the same time. Because these babies don't make it through more than "LIGHT" wetting, and spread the wonders of nature on distant adventures. (Ugh.)Maybe that is just our issue, though consider yourself warned...Yes, good for light wetting, comfort, and slim appearance under clothes. No, not a way to get a good night's sleep...

Tena Underwear - Large
I have already reordered this item. I was careful to remember the Tena part number 72339 in order to find the correct item. Tena offers so many choices and if you are not careful, you will not get the correct item. The price is good and the shipping is usually pretty fast. I care for my incontinent mother and we use a lot of them. It is necessary to find the best price and the best quality. Don;t be fooled by other brands.
