Nice tasting tea, with good quality tea bags. The flavour is nice too, I was wondering if would taste bitter or too earthy because I’ve never tried it before but it was actually really nice and just tasted like normal tea I guess! I have had it plain with some honey, but also with milk and sugar! If you enjoy milk in your tea like me it’s fine to add.In regards to an anti depressant I did not notice any effects at all. Perhaps with daily consumption over a period of time this may be different, but I have not tried this, I have only had it when I fancy it.

Excellent tea, and very healthy for everyone.

I have a cup every afternoon and really works well. I would recommend as alternative, but make sure you research as it can be bad with certain prescribed medicines.

Needs a spoonful of honey, but it does do the trick to lessen mood swings! 👍

It is what it is. Not the best flavour but a quality herb. 3 stars because it is overpriced. In Napiers shop in Edinburgh it goes for less than 2 punds.

Such lovely tea, arrived earlier than expected. Organic and excellent flavour. Very calming and helps me sleep
