The customer service for this ladder has been nothing but amazing. The ladder itself is very portable which we we really liked. The only shortcoming is that it doesn’t feel sturdy, but to be fair this is a collapsible ladder after all, so you sacrifice sturdy for portability and it’s space saving nature. Overall I’m happy with the product and the customer service I was given for the ladder and how to use it!

While fairly lightweight, this ladder is wobbly as a step ladder. Careful is the word of the day. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use and set up.

While I do use my ladder in the step ladder style and I looked it a lot. The problem is when I use it as a extension ladder it seems weak and as a person who is scared of heights the last thing I want to do is be on a shaky ladder. So while it has its pluses it has its minuses.

Purchased the Heavy Duty Telescoping Ladder 16.5 Feet Aluminum as we have high vaulted ceilings. Very sturdy. Just make sure you lock in position as there are various lengths. it stores very small to take up less room in the garage. I wish the steps were larger with wise but it does have non-slippery deep grooves just make sure you use tennis shoes or workboots. also when I place it against the wall I noticed the black rubber toppers will leave marks so I just clean with Mr. Clean sponge or a rag with a little bit of water and soap.

They make it supper hard to return it and charge you to send it back plus charge you for restocking fee.It's super heavy and flimsy.Don't recommend it.

This portable ladder is perfect for my RV, stores easily and easy setup, i am 220 lbs and at the top felt sturdy.

A great ladder/step ladder for us who are vertically challenged and heavy duty enough for those of us horizontally challenged! It's foldability allows it to be stored in garages or closets!

I bought this in 2023 but just used it today for 1st time. It's very wobbly but that seems to be an issue in this type of ladder. For someone who doesn't use a ladder very much it made me nervous so I'm going back to an alumin lightweight extension ladder.
