I was originally reluctant to pay for this product considering I already take a silly amount of supplements. But I figured I'd give it a go. Perimenopause has been a silent killer of my once energetic and positive self. I started adding it to my morning routine almost a month ago and within a week I noticed a vast improvement in my mind and body. I finally found the perfect cocktail of supplements to get my "old", no pun intended, self back. My energy level has returned stronger and better than ever. Brain fog.. gone! I add a scoop to my morning cocktail of one hydration packet, 1 whole lemon, knuckle of turmeric and ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, cayenne pepper, manuka honey, cocunt water all blended together strained and topped with cold water. Taste good, easy to drink, I'll sip on it all morning...

I can literally feel my body get more energized and vibrant after consuming this, which I do every day first thing in the morning after waking. I've been taking it for about 10 years. The reason for four stars is because they changed the product after I'd initially started on it, and that change somewhat diminished the degree of positive effect.

I love Mighty Maca! I’m over fifty and have an autoimmune disease. This really does boost my energy and stamina. It makes such a difference. So, when the $$$ canister was out of stock, I bought these to tide me over. They’re also great for travel but the price is really high. Is this stuff worth it? For me, yes, because without it I’m really dragging all the time. But, I still had sticker shock from the price.When I get the big size I’ll make my own travel packs with small plastic bags I get at the craft store or on Amazon.

I'm typically very skeptical of supplements. I've tried all kinds of things over the years and at best, they do nothing. At worst, they can actually harm you, or make you feel terrible. This powder tastes great and seems to be helping overall. I don't have hot flashes yet, but I am in that stage just prior to menopause when things start to go a little haywire. It does seem to curb cravings and improve digestion for me. This was recommended to me to help manage perimenopausal symptoms and so far it seems to be helping.
