This was delivered already assembled by amazon and they placed it where I wanted it in my garage. (Not sure if that's standard or if I made it super easy for them to roll it over on the dolly). Anyway, it came "wrapped" with items on it to protect it. I'm using it for homeschool stuff (games, books, art supplies, etc) and it's not too sturdy due to the weight. We aren't the most handy people so not sure what to do about it so we placed very heavy weights and tool boxes on the bottom shelf and it did the trick. Still something we don't want our kids to get near without us, so, will need to determine how to mount it best. If anyone sees this and has an idea or knows what to get at home depot to that would be appreciated to know. Overall, this is WONDERFUL item, great for the price - esp when compared to other stores. We are very happy iwth purchase.

I decided to write this as a proof that this item can actually be delivered without any damage. Having seen all previous reviewers complaining about getting a damaged product I was a little nervous when ordering. But it all turned out fine – the truck showed up within the 3 hour window which Amazon allows one to choose. Driver unloaded the cabinet and brought it to my garage. There was no visible damage on packaging and no actual damage when I latter unpacked the product. The cabinet itself is exactly what I expected – I already had one of the same model from the previous home owner and I needed another one to match it. These work great as garage storage and I actually prefer them to other garage-dedicated cabinets – Tennsco comes with 4 adjustable shelves vs. 3 in one typical garage cabinet and a positive solid locking handle vs. some wobbling magnetic lock.

It's very thin for the money. Also, while I inspected all the edges closely and the rest of it just glancing, I of course missed where the big dent was (both doors about 7" above the handles (starting about 1/2" in from the edge) before signing the delivery documents. This last leg company always brings stuff with some type of damage (where as with UPS or FEDEX things come undamaged 99.9% of the time). We are going to to get some magnetic whiteboards to put on the doors to hide it all. Other than being too thin and having to deal with shipping companies, they are nice. If less money would give it 4 stars.

Arrived in mint condition. Industrial packing. Not a single scratch or ding. Nice gloss black finish. Doors are perfectly lined up, and open and close without a hitch. Adjustable shelves. Looks good in my office. No regrets. I was a little nervous about buying it. It's a lot of $, and it had to come a long way via multiple carriers. Much relieved. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, or to recommend it.

The cabinet is large and the shelves are sturdy. I am satisfied with its functionality. My only complaint is with the shipping. There is a dent in one of the doors by the handle. Their policy requires notification in writing of damage within 5 days of receipt. It's just too much trouble to try to do that and the cost to Tsend back for a replacement as well. The dent doesn't alter its performance. It's just mars the look somewhat.

I loved that it came already assembled. And while there are some dings on the shelves, it doesn't matter to us. We are using it to store excess inventory. In my haste earlier, i put a negative review but it wasn't for this company or product. It was my error. My apologies.

This cabinet is made of very thin metal and is easily damaged in shipping, which many other reviews have noted. Ours arrived with dents on every surface, and the bottom skirting was pushed in 2" or 3" on each side, like it had been kicked in by Andre the Giant wearing steel-toed boots. The whole frame was out of square and the doors wouldn't close.Because the metal is so thin, it's easy to bang it back into shape. Installing the shelves helps to square the frame and put the unit in service. We don't care about cosmetics, so the unit worked out ok. Just know what you're buying before you buy it.

I purchased this in May 2020 to use as pantry storage. What a mistake. This is a very overpriced, cheaply made unit. When the package arrived it was severely damaged. The left side was pushed in, the doors didn't work right, hinges were messed up, damage to the back side, the front and some damage on the right side too. Packaging was very minimal, a cardboard pan for the top and bottom and thick cardboard 'columns' that were stapled to the top and bottom to keep it together, then one layer of shrink wrap around it covering mostly from top to bottom. I sent it back with the delivery truck because it was so damaged. Getting it sent back was a nightmare too. The shipping company sat on it for a month and a half. Even with me making repeated calls to them for updates to get it returned.Finally it was shipped back to Amazon the beginning of July. It made it to the Phoenix warehouse, so I assumed I should get my refund. I called to find out what the holdup was for my refund. After about 45 minutes on the phone I was informed that it had been sent back to the wrong warehouse but was in transit to the correct warehouse. They said it could be a week to 10 days after they receive the package before I can expect my refund. I'm hoping I don't have to call again to keep track of this return, but time will tell. I will not be buying any large items from Amazon in the future.
