I take Zinc with my Vit C tablet as read it was a good support, Ive taken a vit D supplement for years and this year the way things are Ive added a daily vit A capsule, maybe overkill but Im a slightly overweight 61 year old with Type 2 diabetes, now I hope Im not tempting fate but I cant remember the last time I had a cold or virus must be well over 18 months, might be just a coincidence but I feel better for the extra immune support I think.

When the product arrived I opened the bottle to find the inner seal wasn't sealed at first I was going to return them but on inspection it seems it was just a bad seal as it looked like it had been heated too much and was slightly shrunk but the zinc tablets seem ok

I love it, long time ago I have dream desorn but it I have helped so much..now sleep like baby 👶 my nails, hair, skin, now better than before..

This is the 2nd batch of these I've bought - good product, would love to know how they are now so much smaller than previously, tablet size and bottle size, with apparently the same dose per tablet, same net weight?? Other than that, no problems!

Value for money but can't whether they are what I need until I've need'em taking them for 3 to 6 months. Will write a full review after 6. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Great form of zinc with a clear label showing what the elemental zinc level is per tablet as well as the overall zinc biglycinate content. Also priced well and has a really minimal amount of fillers compared to rival companies. Very commendable. Please keep stocking! Would be good to see a magnesium biglycinate to go along side.

The dosage is probably about the right amount required, unless you are over 50, in whch case 50mg is required.Good product.
